Longest Dividend Increase Streaks
Active payers ranked by consecutive years of rising annual dividend totals, computed directly from payment records.
A streak computed from actual payment totals is stricter than one quoted from press releases: it requires the split-adjusted cash paid per share to rise every single calendar year. That strictness is the point — it cannot be flattered by timing shifts or announcement wording.
Key Observations
- The longest increase streak in our stored history belongs to Johnson & Johnson (JNJ): 55 consecutive years of higher annual totals through 2025.
- 25 active payers show streaks of at least 38 years within our data window — note that streaks are bounded by how far back our per-ticker history goes, so published lists citing longer records may rely on deeper data.

Methodology
For each active common stock we walk split-adjusted annual totals backward from the last full calendar year, counting consecutive years where the total exceeded the prior year. Minimum shown: 10 years.
Caveats
Streaks are bounded by our per-ticker history depth — a company whose record predates our data shows the in-window streak only, so published Aristocrat/King records may exceed figures here. Our curated Aristocrats and Kings lists follow the recognized definitions instead.
