Every piece of content on Dividendly — articles, data tables, screener results, and calculators — is produced for informational and research purposes only. We state facts: what a company has paid, when it paid it, what the payout ratio is, how the dividend has changed. We do not recommend, encourage, or advise buying or selling any security. This is a firm editorial boundary, not a legal disclaimer that we work around in practice.

Editorial independence

Dividendly does not accept paid placement, sponsored rankings, or any form of compensation to feature, promote, or rank any security. A company's appearance in any list or article on this site reflects only the underlying data and our own model — never a commercial arrangement.

Byline and authorship

All original editorial content carries the byline "Dividendly." Auto-generated articles (dividend changes, ex-dividend roundups, curated lists) are clearly produced from live data by mechanical rules, and are labeled accordingly. We do not fabricate quotes, attribute statements to companies or individuals we have not verified, or present generated content as human-authored analysis.

Accuracy and corrections

We make every effort to present accurate data. When errors are identified — whether by our own review or by a reader — we investigate and correct them promptly. Corrections are made in place; we do not delete articles to hide mistakes. If you find an error, please contact us.

No emojis or sensationalism

Our content is plain, professional, and factual. We do not use emojis, clickbait headlines, or language designed to excite rather than inform. Dividend investing is a serious subject for many people; we treat it that way.

Conflicts of interest
